The important thing to know about these golf tees is that they better for our environment. Being made of natural bamboo material they are both sustainable and will biodegrade over time, unlike the plastic ones. I asked my husband to try these out on his next round of golf but didn't explain the difference to him. When he returned he told me that he had only used one of them for the whole 18 holes. I asked what he thought about them and he said that he thought they were "good". When I told him they were made of bamboo he was very surprised and said that in that case these were brilliant. He told me that the bamboo tees are now the way forward for him, he said he will never buy plastic ones again. He also mentioned the banding on them is convenient as it lets you know where to sink your tee in to the ground. A definite positive this one, I suppose you could even say a life changer as he will never buy plastic tees again after using this product!

These are some nice bamboo tees, they are eco friendly, so if you do lose it on the golf course, it wont harm the environment. My daughter has got a habit of snapping these in half as she it still learning how to hit the ball. They are good value for money if you know how to hit the ball properly.

I got these for my other half as an alternative to plastic. They look great, are lightweight and importantly, more eco friendly than plastic. Obviously, they won’t last as long as plastic when hit will the full pelt of a driver but, for the time being at least, replacing them regularly is still better for the environment. We were hoping that the markings might match up to the length of plastic castle golf tees which would aid the switch over in terms of gauging the set up height but sadly, this didn’t work out as smoothly as we hoped. I’ve included a pic with the regular plastic castles for comparison. The heights are close for the longer driver castle tees but not the shorter ones so it will be a matter of learning the heights again. This may or may not be important to you but when you’re looking to get your handicap down from a 9, every little thing counts! Overall, these are a great alternative to plastic. Adjusting to the sizing doesn’t take too long and, the price is pretty reasonable at this time.
